Educational Programmes
These programmes will comprise of workshops, talks in libraries, presentations at educational institutions, and other educational activities.
They will serve to promote understanding of different cultures and raise awareness about different racial groups.
By encouraging active participation, providing information, and creating a safe space for dialogue, these activities aim to not only educate but also inspire empathy, and appreciation for diverse cultures within the community.
Representational programmes
These programmes will consist of the hosting of commemorative events like Black History Month and Windrush Day.
They will serve to promote intercultural cohesion and cultivate a sentiment in favour of racial harmony.
By delving into the historical and cultural contexts of these commemorations, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the contributions and experiences of diverse racial groups. This comprehensive approach aims to not only celebrate these important events but also to spark meaningful conversations, promote empathy, and strengthen bonds among individuals from various backgrounds.
